LNER needed help with their media strategy and digital recruitment – especially focusing on attracting candidates from diverse audiences.

To help showcase LNER as an employer of choice, we first rewrote dozens of their jobs, ensuring that they were all consistent and offered a joined-up message.

We then worked with them on an ongoing basis to ensure that they always used the right media, including the most suitable diversity and specialist job boards, and that their programmatic budget was spent wisely without unnecessary overspending.

Since the start of our relationship in September 2022, applications to LNER have increased 80% – including a huge increase in applications from ethnic minorities.
