On the 9th July, Changeboard will be hosting a one-day Future Talent conference at The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. They are bringing together distinguished keynote speakers from the industry, the arts, education government and the HR profession to share strategic insights.

This conference is aimed at senior HR professionals in leadership roles who will benefit from the breadth of thinking presented, as well as the opportunity to have discussions, share learning and network with around 500 HR professionals.
Changeboard are collaborating with the CIPD at the conference and also supporting two leading initiatives in the youth employment space: plotr and learning for work, to highlight the amazing work that both initiatives do in terms of bridging the gap between education and employment.
In addition to the keynote speakers, Changeboard will be hosting a panel discussion which will include Kirstie Mackey (Head of LifeSkills at Barclays), Katerina Rudiger (Head of Skills and Policy Campaigns – CIPD) and Jim Carrick-Birtwell (CEO plotr).
