The challenge

The UK’s leading end-to-end talent management organisation, Talent 2 brought Beyond Interactive on board to help them with online media buying and creative services such as copywriting and design for their global clients. The aim? To help them improve their overall efficiency, reduce their clients' cost-per-hire and further enhance their reputation.

The solution

We carefully researched the marketplaces involved, designed various microsites and ran a range of campaigns both on a national and international scale. These included a global consumer banking recruitment campaign, several graduate recruitment schemes, country specific campaigns in Hong Kong, Singapore, the Gulf and  Latin America.

The result

As well as  taking away the pain of managing dozens of  global job boards, we have also saved Talent2 in excess of  £200K on online media spend in just 18 months.
