How Beyond Interactive helped Arvato hire 600 contact centre staff!



Arvato design, deliver and differentiate customer service on behalf of some of the world's most respected brands, including Renault, Harley Owner's Group and BMW. Often working to tight timescales and in a highly competitive marketplace, Arvato's Internal Resourcing Team need to consistently recruit high quality employees throughout the year, to meet clients' changing needs, campaigns and seasonal recruitment drives.



Following on from a successful year in 2016, we knew it made sense for Arvato to retain their core job board presence while also capitalising on the use of Pay Per Click. This was informed by first-hand knowledge that their roles perform really well on both Indeed and Google.


With active candidates covered, we also worked together to introduce a social media strategy specifically for Facebook, as we knew that a lot of the target audience were active users on this channel. We created Facebook ads which present themselves to passive candidates who have previously expressed an interest in customer service roles and the automotive industry - which Arvato has award-winning partnerships in. 


To reduce wastage from clicks that may not have led to applications, we also used 'Facebook Apply' as the call to action. This meant that once candidates' data had been captured, that all leads were sent onto Arvato's Resourcing Team, for them to contact and arrange interviews with these people directly.



Over a 12-month period, we supported Arvato in recruiting over 600 customer service employees, with 95% of these being directly sourced to reduce second tier costs.


What's more; Arvato's Resourcing Team have also been awarded with a Team Achievement Award in recognition of their hard work and success.
