Background
Table Table wanted a blind campaign to recruit 100 Managers for a new restaurant concept. Going blind meant the company couldn’t rely upon their significant brand equity. Instead they relied upon us to create an online presence that reflected their exciting new restaurant concept offering.


Solution
A new concept in dining needed an attraction strategy equally fresh and exciting. So, in addition to jobs boards, we created an integrated attraction campaign to drive candidates to a bespoke microsite. The campaign included targeted search engine marketing and social networking. We also targeted candidates attending ‘Restaurant Show’ trade exhibition via their mobile phones using Bluetooth technology.

Results
There were over 5000 visits to the microsite in the first month alone. This resulted in 300 quality applications.
