Background
Citation plc is the UK's leading specialist in Employment Law and Health & Safety. They have traditionally used search and selection agencies to recruit HR advisers to work in their contact centre. This tactic was delivering quantity of candidate but not the quality. They approached Beyond Interactive to help them reduce their staff turnover and their cost-per-hire. They wanted an online solution that would deliver more the right people for less.
Solution
Our first step was to really get to know the target audience and research where Citation’s ideal candidate pool searched for jobs. We paid particular attention to sector coverage, competitors and location.
Based upon this research we created a tailor-made Citation branded online attraction campaign. To raise awareness and drive candidates to the online presence we supported the campaign with a targeted eshot and keyword banner. Our research and specialist online insight told us to place the banner adverts on jobjourneynorthwest.co.uk and totaljobs.co.uk
