Background
The Carphone Warehouse needed an experienced hands-on Team Manager to work in their contact centre. And here’s the rub, the contact centre was located in Stornoway, Outer Hebrides. Traditional print media had been tried and failed to attract the right response.
Solution
We recognised that we were targeting a very specific audience with a limited budget. So, we created a branded online attraction campaign via S1jobs.com complimented with targeted CV sourcing. Altogether this came in significantly below budget at £440.
Results
