Background
AstraZeneca is one of the world’s largest, most respected and significant pharmaceuticals companies. Their Manchester Shared Service Centre is home to some of their most effective accountancy activities. They approached us to help them recruit 16 accounting professionals. And here’s the rub; they had to be fluent in Greek or Turkish as well as English. These roles ranged from administrators to international accountants.

Solution
We created a full campaign to find and engage these unique audiences. We complimented a strong job board presence with ‘search’ campaign across Google that targeted the UK, Turkey and Greece. Other media used included local Greek and Turkish language radio stations, posters that showcased the international impact of the roles and Facebook ads.

Results
Our media strategy and creative work helped AstraZeneca successfully fill 80% of their vacancies. This saved them significant money on recruitment agency fees.
