The Challenge

Europe's leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products, Brammer have over 3.5 million products and an extensive distribution network that supplies high quality reliable parts from the world's leading manufacturers. They also  employ over 3,000 people across European 16 countries. So, when they came to us looking for a relatively fast-turnaround for a brochure to recruit business graduates for a career in sales, we quickly sprung into action.

The solution

Our creative team wrote and designed a colourful four page brochure based around the client's theme of 'People with a passion for success'. Our media specialists then came up with a comprehensive media campaign that embraced the Milkround, Reed (UK) and Monster, both here in the UK and in France and Belgium.

The result

Brammer received around 350 applications as a result of our efforts and were able to go about placing people into their 2013 Graduate Programme across all 16 of their locations across Europe.
